At PRIMEALIPC, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your timepiece, we offer a clear and fair refund and return policy.
1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging, including any tags, accessories, and documents that came with the product.

A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, size, or color, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the desired product. If you need assistance with the exchange process, our customer service team is happy to help.
